Handmade & Quality

All items are handmade by me with great care and carefully inspected before shipping.
As many pieces are handmade and upcycled, small variations may occur and are part of their unique character.

Unique & One-of-a-Kind Items

Items described as unique or one of a kind are made from one-off materials.
Only one exists and it cannot be recreated.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised or custom-made items are created especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

Returns & Refunds

• Non-personalised items may be returned within 21 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty

• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected

Personalised items are excluded from returns unless defective.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped with tracking via GLS or DHL

• Tracking applies to all orders over €10

• Shipping prices are clearly listed at checkout

• Orders are packed with care and shipped as soon as possible

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
